Job Title: Paraprofessional

Position Overview: Seeking a Paraprofessional to provide support to students under the guidance of certified teachers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide instructional and behavioral support.
• Assist with lesson plans and activities.
• Support students with special needs.
• Reinforce positive behavior.
• Assist with classroom management and organization.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff.
• Maintain student records.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma required; degree preferred.
• Previous experience in education preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
